documint provides AI-powered compliance documentation generation services for frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, NIST CSF, CMMC, and FedRAMP. Our Service includes:

  • Intelligent questionnaire-based data collection
  • AI-generated compliance documentation
  • Document export in multiple formats (PDF, DOCX)
  • Framework control mapping and gap analysis

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to framework-specific features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share generated documents as your own consulting deliverables without modification
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or algorithms
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all data and information you provide to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

Generated Documents: Documents generated using your data are owned by you. documint retains no ownership interest in your generated compliance documentation.

Our Platform: The documint platform, including our AI models, user interface, and underlying technology, remains the exclusive property of documint.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Generated documents are intended as starting points and should be reviewed by qualified compliance professionals before use in actual audits or regulatory submissions.

documint does not guarantee that generated documents will satisfy any particular auditor or regulatory body. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance documentation meets your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCUMINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FAILED AUDITS, REGULATORY PENALTIES, OR BUSINESS LOSSES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
